Organic Citrus Coconut Oil Scrub 🍋🌴

This homemade scrub is perfect for summer exfoliating and is super easy to make at home.  Ingredients 1 cup white sugar ¼ cups Coconut oil, melted  5 drops tangerine oil  Juice of 1 lemon  Fresh lemon zest  2 - 4 oz mason jars  Directions Combine the sugar and melted coconut oil Add the essential oil and lemon juice  Add zest  Mix until blended completely. Store in mason jars. Use a palmful once or twice a week for smooth, glowing skin. ENJOY!!

Lovely Lemon Cheesecake 🍋

Anyone who knows me knows I am not into sweets so that means I have never been much of a baker; Which is why I love this recipe it's yummy & easy to make.This tart & sweet treat is the perfect addition to any summer party.  2 pkg. (8 oz. cream cheese)  1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon zest 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs  1 cup graham cracker crumbs  4 tablespoon sugar  4 tablespoon melted butter  Make crust: mix crumbs, sugar, butter: press into cake dish as crust  Heat oven to 350°F. Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour into crust. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool.  Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Before serving top off with your favorite berries, lemon slices, or flowers!  Enjoy xoxo 🍋

The perfect summer treat! This cocktail is refreshing, tasty, and tipsy worthy! Ingredients: 2 shots of Titos Vodka 1/2 of a mini Persian Cucumber Sour Mix 1/2 shot Ice Recipe: CHILL MARTINI GLASS* POUR ICE & WATER IN GLASS WHILE MAKING COCKTAIL Peel & muddle your cucumber pour ice into your shaker top off with vodka add sour mix SHAKE THOROUGHLY- UNTIL FROTHY empty ice water Pour. speedy sriracha salmon 🐟

This is by far one of the easiest and tastiest recipes I make. It is always a go to for a quick yummy meal or a large party. Ingredients: Wild Caught Salmon ( please no farm raised, yuck! and if you don't notice a difference try wild caught and you will see why) Affordable at Trader Joe's and way better for you  Soy Sauce Sriracha sauce Salt & Peps Garlic ( optional) Preheat your oven to 350 Rinse your fish with cold water and pat dry with paper towel Mix half srircha half soy sauce (enough to coat fish) this will be based on how many filets you are cooking  Sprinkle sea salt & pepper and crushed garlic for taste  Let marinate for 15min  Pop in oven for 15min or until you see salmon is more orange and creating a white froth on top Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side of green veggies; broccolini, bok Choy, etc.  If you need some healthy carbs on the side I love to cook brown rice and when it is fully cooked place in a small ceramic bowl, pack the b

The simple green thumb 🌱

I like every other person who loves to cook love the idea of having the freshest ingredients, and what better way then to have my own garden? Well after much thought (fear)* I decided not to rip my entire yard apart until I was certain I had a green thumb. So I decided to take a trip to Loews and visit the gardening aisle. I purchased about 3 large wooden planter boxes at about $60 each and got some bags of top soil & regular dirt and a few little plants of the things that I acutally enjoyed to eat ; cilantro, tomatoes, mint, basil, shishito peppers, etc. I recommend Bonnie brand Plants, and I got myself a pair of gloves and went to town. I openend up the roots planted my mini plants, and morning after morning I would start each day with just watering my plants. If in the dead of summer you go out to water your plants and they look dead, don't be alarmed totally normal. Sunshine makes them tired ( just like us!) So it is best to water your plants first thing in the morning or
