speedy sriracha salmon 🐟
This is by far one of the easiest and tastiest recipes I make. It is always a go to for a quick yummy meal or a large party.
Ingredients:
Wild Caught Salmon ( please no farm raised, yuck! and if you don't notice a difference try wild caught and you will see why) Affordable at Trader Joe's and way better for you
Soy Sauce
Sriracha sauce
Salt & Peps
Garlic ( optional)
Preheat your oven to 350
Rinse your fish with cold water and pat dry with paper towel
Mix half srircha half soy sauce (enough to coat fish) this will be based on how many filets you are cooking
Sprinkle sea salt & pepper and crushed garlic for taste
Let marinate for 15min
Pop in oven for 15min or until you see salmon is more orange and creating a white froth on top
Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side of green veggies; broccolini, bok Choy, etc.
If you need some healthy carbs on the side I love to cook brown rice and when it is fully cooked place in a small ceramic bowl, pack the bowl with rice firmly and flip upside down on to plate for the perfect portion & beautiful plate.
